The East County Rising Action Fund is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in East Multnomah County through community organizing, policy advocacy, and civic engagement. By empowering residents in decision-making, influencing equitable policies, and fostering civic participation, we strive to create a more cohesive, just, and inclusive community.

Empowering residents through workshops, dialogues, and grassroots initiatives to participate in decision-making and build social cohesion for community improvement.
